There are varying stages of development of Altocumulus floccus in this image. We can see almost perfectly round new cells and older cells with ragged lower parts. None of the cells have the fibrous trails that are so typical of Altocumulus floccus. There are also cells in the last stage of development: decaying cells, due to evaporation.
Some cells show turreted growth; they cannot be identified as the species castellanus as there are no cells connected by a common horizontal base.
There are patches of Cirrus of an indeterminate species present as well.
