Electrometeors
(Section 1.2.4)An electrometeor is a visible or audible manifestation of atmospheric electricity.
Electrometeors can be:
- Related to discontinuous electrical discharges (lightning or thunder)
- More or less continuous (Saint Elmo's fire or polar aurora).
