Reflected rainbow

(Section 3.2.3.5.6)

Sunlight reflected by a smooth water surface after having already passed through raindrops may form primary and secondary reflected rainbows. Reflection inverts the rainbow, which is seen below the horizon, and the centre of the arc is above the horizon at the anthelic point. The reflected bow is not a reflection in the true sense, but is formed by different raindrops.
